Since our items are organic wellness products, botanical extracts, and handmade goods, we have established a fair policy to protect both our global customers and our sustainable production values.

Please read our return, refund, and cancellation policies carefully before making a purchase.

1. Returns Eligibility

Due to the hygiene and perishable nature of our products (organic soaps, hair oils, and herbal extracts), we cannot accept returns on items that have been opened, unsealed, or used.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Your item must be completely unused, unopened, and in the same pristine condition that you received it.

  • The product must be in its original packaging with all seals intact.

  • You must initiate the return process within 14 days of receiving your delivery.

  • You must provide a valid proof of purchase (order number or invoice receipt).

2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Your satisfaction is our highest priority. If an item arrives damaged during transit, is defective, or if you received the incorrect product, we will gladly resolve the issue at no additional cost to you.

  • What to do: Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If there is an issue, email us within 48 hours of receipt at [Your Email Address] with your order number and clear photographic/video proof of the damage or incorrect item.

  • Resolution: Upon verification, we will arrange for a replacement product to be shipped to you immediately or issue a full refund for the affected item.

3. Refund Process

Once your returned item is received at our facility in Sri Lanka and inspected by our quality control team, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved Refunds: If approved, your refund will be processed automatically, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment (Credit/Debit Card, PayPal, or bank transfer) within 7 to 10 business days.

  • Late or Missing Refunds: If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days, first check your bank account or contact your credit card company, as processing times may vary. If you still need assistance, please contact us.

4. Shipping Costs for Returns

  • For Damaged/Incorrect Items: Herbs By Sega will bear all return shipping costs and shipping costs for the replacement.

  • For Change of Mind/General Returns: If you are returning an eligible, unopened item for any other reason, you will be responsible for paying your own return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. For international returns, we highly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned package.

5. Bulk Commercial & Export Orders

Please note that our standard return policy applies strictly to retail purchases made directly through our online storefront. Bulk commercial export orders (wholesale quantities shipped via sea or air freight) are subject to separate contract terms, independent quality assurance checks, and export agreements. Returns or refunds for bulk shipments cannot be processed through this retail portal. Please contact your dedicated export agent directly for assistance.

6. Order Cancellations

You can cancel your order free of charge within 12 hours of placing it, provided it has not yet been dispatched or handed over to our global shipping courier partners. Once an order is fulfilled and a tracking number is generated, the order cannot be canceled.
